A blog about 'everything else' - sometimes cryptic, other times factual, at times inspirational, many times informative and occasionally personal! But always revolving around things I enjoy the most: design, art, culture, travel, photography, urbanism, sustainability, architecture, food!!!

please please let me crib right now...
...because i feel horrible today...
...why?
1. i reached school totally drenched thanks to the rain gods who suddenly decided to bless... and an in-human only 'auto'scale landscape with no place to find a shelter...
2. i really really rather be in bombay with my mom right now.
3. i am unable to focus on what I thought would be a really simple paper.... or anything else for that matter for the past two days
i guess its all connected to one thing... my want to be with mommy

of more iconic architecture... and cities
this one Denver, Colorado...
the extension to existing art museum...
Architect: Mr. Daniel Libeskind himself!!!
one can make an opinion oneself!!!

(the ****** thing on the right is a Michael Graves structure)

personally i liked te libeskind 'monument' in the context of the city.

This one is the old art musuem by Italian architect: Gio Ponti

school is going to keep me busy this month but this blog shall be fed with images taken in the past couple of years of a wonderful place that I so love and will rem as my 'favorite l'il cozy' town...
So the first one... at Gallop park!!!

a deep breath always helps...
standing here almost at the beginning of an end... just a few steps and then a new beginning?
“Shake structures. School yourself. Look twice at a thing, once upside down. Answer yourself clearly.”
and when you have done that... dont be scared...
"Consider calling it a challenge rather than calling it a crisis.”
and remember...
Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,"I will try again tomorrow"
and now begins a new day with a deep breath!!!
quotes: mary anne radmacher
graduate school/ design dissertation is almost at a climax...at this juncture I can make it or break it...
... my project right now fascinates me as a beautiful dream and haunts me as the worst nightmare. wonder on what side I shall be a couple of months from now!!!
