Studio lottery happens at the beginning of every term... u get to choose the prof. u wanna work under for the whole semester after seeing a series of presentations by various profs....u rank them in terms of ur preference, n as rumor goes u generally get your first or second choice n trust me ... of all the six presentations... i didnt even like one
they all sucked so bad this time...
none was worth while!!!
N to my misery I have got my third choice... aaah!!!! has got something to do with 'design-build' i dont like design-build at all!!! :( .. i dont know how i am gonna survive through this
so thts my first reason to sulk!!!
My comp is not workin for the past three days n is in the process of gettin back to life..
so thts my second reason to sulk!!!
The other course that I HAVE to take this semster are boring core courses... aaaahhhh...
so my third reason to sulk leaves me with almost nothing to look forward to on the work front!!!
This post is a warning and a request... to people around me to forgive me if u find me sulkin n grumpy all the time...
( the concerned party am sure has already foreseen the temper tantrums)

when theres nothing obvious to look forward to, it may be a good idea to reminisce... its probably a good time to dig up those lovely pictures of the moma and the guggenheim...?!
u scare me when u talk not so sweetly about ur program... it kinda pops the picture perfect fable of The Wonderful Masters Education that i still carry in my head! something to which we give two of our best years, not to mention the handsome amounts of money.

its not that perfect surely. but dont go by the blog surely... it was written in a really horribly mood... my sutido is extremely interesting now tht i am two sessions in to it..but MOREEE challenging than I have done anything ever. I intend to write on it. I am extremely nervous-excited about it as of now
...and what of ur thesis? i thought u were goin to send me something about it....?

also check out www.flatpakhouse.com and blu-dot furniture... the work of my studio prof, n on the similar lines wht ill be doing this semster- it seems kinda tough right now...interesting but challenging. lets see how it goes.
